Accessibility statement

Our commitment
MStar Corp Canada is committed to providing a website that everyone can use, including people with disabilities. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which meets the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and is the standard used under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
What we do
- We build pages with clear headings, labels and landmarks so they work with screen readers.
- Every feature can be used with a keyboard alone.
- We check colour contrast, text sizing and zoom up to 200%.
- Images have text alternatives.
- Animations have a pause control and stop when you ask your device to reduce motion.
Accessibility options on this site
The accessibility button on every page lets you change text size and spacing, switch to a high contrast or readable font, stop animations, use a reading guide, hear text read aloud and more. Your choices are saved in your browser only. It works alongside your own tools, such as browser zoom and screen readers, and does not replace them.
Known limitations
- The contact and newsletter forms are provided by a third-party platform. The accessibility button cannot change how they look, although they can be used with a keyboard and a screen reader.
- The service area map uses a third-party mapping library. The same regions and cities are listed as text beside the map.
Accessible formats and communication supports
If you need any information on this site in another format, such as large print, plain text or an accessible document, or you need a communication support, contact us. We will work with you to provide it promptly and at no extra cost.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this site. If you run into a barrier, please tell us which page and what happened.
